Our story
A home with history, made in this city
Maia Home was born from a simple idea: that staying in CDMX should feel like living here, not like watching the city from a hotel. Every apartment is designed, styled and run by locals who understand the neighborhood’s rhythm.
We started in Polanco and grew into Condesa, keeping the same promise: few spaces, well taken care of, real hosts and an ongoing commitment to the community around us.

We buy from nearby shops, clean with local teams and maintain spaces with neighborhood technicians. Most of what our operation generates stays in CDMX — because a healthy neighborhood is what makes a stay memorable.
